Regular movement hours that support balance, coordination and large muscle development.
Movement is directly related to brain development in the preschool period. A child who balances, jumps, and tries to climb also develops attention and self-regulation at the same time.
Our weekly schedule includes regular departure times. During these hours, circle games, obstacle courses, ball exercises, balance and coordination exercises are performed.
We care about participation instead of competition. The goal is not to find out who is faster, but for each child to get to know their own body and enjoy moving.
Rhythm and dance studies are an integral part of movement training. Moving with music expands children's field of expression, both bodily and emotional.
